DLD Supported
The following tools are purchased centrally by Brown and have been reviewed for privacy, security, and accessibility. DLD provides support and training, in partnership with the IT Service Center.

Approved, But Not Supported
Brown Office of Information Technology (OIT) has reviewed these tools to ensure they meet the appropriate standards for privacy, security, and accessibility. DLD does not provide direct support for these tools.

Many digital textbook publishers have tools that deliver content and experiences in Canvas. Tools from the following publishers have been approved by the Brown Bookstore, OIT, and DLD.

Not Recommended
DLD does not recommend using these tools at this time. The terms of service, privacy, security and/or accessibility of these tools do not currently meet Office of Information Technology (OIT) standards.
